Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS text messages from Richards Insurance regarding your insurance quotes, policy updates, responses to inquiries and receipt confirmations. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance policy or service.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the inquiries you submit. You should not expect to receive automated messages on a monthly basis.

Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or cancelled by text message until confirmed by a licensed Richards Insurance representative. Please do not text sensitive information such as Social Security or bank account numbers

You must be 18 or older to enroll.

How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to 920.887.1615 to opt out. After texting "STOP", you will receive one final text confirming your unsubscription. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you explicitly opt back in.
