At Richards Insurance, our job is to make filing a claim easy on you.    

During Business Hours

Contact us directly between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will report your claim. All claims need to be reported promptly, so if it’s an emergency, please contact your carrier directly. They are available 24/7.
