Group Benefits Sales

Richards Benefits and Financial Services, a division of Richards Agency, Inc. is seeking an ambitious group benefits sales professional to serve our West Bend market. Experienced agent in employee benefits preferred. Established incumbent is retiring and his book of business will be yours to grow. We are an employee-owned stock company and offer growth and additional ownership opportunities.

Job Description
Job emphasis is on building relationships with business leaders and designing and implementing benefits programs to meet their specific needs. Responsible for writing new business and retaining existing accounts by offering customized solutions and outstanding service. Work with dedicated group service representative, HR Consultant and other support staff to provide an outstanding customer experience and responsive, efficient and professional support. Maintain visibility through community involvement.

Job Requirements
This position works out of Richards Insurance of West Bend office with majority of clients in and around West Bend community. Some travel to Fox Valley may be required. Successful group benefits sales and service track record highly desirable. Ability to structure time and work productively without direct supervision. Current knowledge of employee benefits and familiarity with multiple benefits carriers. Proficient with common business PC applications and ability to maintain client management data base. Wisconsin insurance license for health and life required.
